Fast forward a few months, we're now on July 2023 and Simply Cooper HQ is built!
It's fully water tight , has insulation, plaster boarded walls, guttering, sockets and lights but it's not yet connected to the mains electricity!
I've bought the flooring and I'm waiting for the plasterer to come and work his magic and the electrician to connect us up!

I can finally see light at the end of the tunnel! 

By the end of July the HQ was finally plastered and our electrics were connected meaning I had light and electricity - it was really starting to look like an office and not a shed

Fast forward to August 2023 and the HQ is painted and glossed. The flooring is fitted, the blinds are fitted and I have bought and fitted all of our units - thank you IKEA for being so craft office friendly!  

To keep spending to a minimum me and my husband have taken on most of the DIY projects ourselves, we're now pros at painting (not!), can fit flooring, can put up blinds and can basically throw together flatpack furniture - this whole experience has been such a learning curve but in the most amazing way!

Within just a week we have literally fitted out the whole office including the worktop and I have began to transfer and organise our stock which we have bloody loads of!
